I have a client that downloaded 2016 QuickBooks for Mac from Amazon.com. Everything seems to work well, but the reports are not showing. Anyone else have this issue? We tried uninstalling QuickBooks and reinstalling it, but it seems there is still some data lurking around on his mac that we could not delete.
