Hi folks, Sorry for the first time post but am a long time lurker. I have a new Epson SC-P600 that I'm very excited about. When I go to print in Lightroom CC or anywhere else, in the option to select Paper Type I get things like Photo Paper Glossy, Velvet Fine Art Paper etc. But I seem to be missing more of Epson's specialty paper types which are reffered to by other paper manufacturers like Canson and Ilford, such as Ultra Premium Photo Paper Luster which is required for Canson's Baryta Photographique 310 paper. I have resintalled the printer driver, I have installed the ICC profiles for both Canson and Epson speciality media. From colour management in Lightroom I can choose the Canson profiles, but once in the print dialog there is not the option for Ultra Premium Photo Paper Luster under the Paper Type. Just want to try to get the settings right before I start burning through some of the expensive paper.

• Running Windows 10 64bit • latest version of LightRoom CC • printer connected via ethernet • says it is using the latest driver • have only use Photo Black ink so far from out of the box, haven't tried any matte media yet • have successfully printed to Epson's Premium Photo Paper Glossy Thanks in advance for any suggestions Glenn p.s. I did try searching but couldn't find anything in the deluge of how to use ICC profies, but will happily be pointed to a thread where this has been aswered before.

Re: Epson Surecolor P600 color problems « Reply #2 on: June 02, 2015, 07:06:05 PM » I'm printing on a variety of papers with different profiles, but as an example -- using Epson Metallic Glossy, with the corresponding P600 profile, photo black etc.

Did you run the driver-only installer, or the driver + utilities combo package? If you only did the former, try the latter.icc profiles are manually selected by you from the list inside the software you use to do the printing. Make sure to set the Epson driver so that it is not trying to manage the color. Also be sure to set the printer to NOT automatically switch between the two black inks. Otherwise, an accidental choice of the wrong paper type will trigger a lengthy and expensive waste of ink. Enjoy your printer (at least once a week in order to keep it happy)! Control home for mac. This has nothing to do with the ICC list. Windows 10 compatibility tool.
